Frequently Asked Questions

What is the importance of commemorating my loved one's soul by lighting a candle in The Church of the Holy Sepulcher?

There is no place which is connected to the Lord’s grace and miracles as the place on which The Church of the Holy Sepulcher was built.

How long will it take to light the candle from the moment that you receive my application?

We will light the candle within one week of the day you submitted the order.

When will I get the Perpetuation Certificate?

Right after lighting the candle in The Church of the Holy Sepulcher, we will send you by Email a signed certificate testifying that a memorial candle in honor of the deceased soul was lit on your behalf in The Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem (The Holy Church of Resurrection in Jerusalem). A Perpetuation Certificate will be delivered via Postal Services to those who ordered one in advance. You can view an example of a Perpetuation Certificate here. (“Here” must link to order form)

What if I will not be happy with your service?

We, at Memorial Land, fully understand the significance and the sensitivity of this service. We are committed to a conscientious and personal service to each and everone of our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service, you will be refunded immediately.

Can I contact you for further inquiries?

You can contact us at any time, here, by sending a message or giving us a call. (“here” needs to link to contact us”)
