How It Works

We are sincerely honored to provide the opportunity to preserve and commemorate the memory of your departed loved ones in The Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. We understand that this extraordinary and unique place is not always accessible to everyone, so we take pride in serving you by allowing you to express your honor, love and appreciation for those souls who have passed on.

The process is simple:

  1. Complete the information form providing details about the deceased as well as your full name. You will then be able to preview a certificate sample that will testify that a Commemoration Candle was lit in honor of your departed loved one, in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.
  2. Chose the delivery method- You may chose between receiving the certificate via Email as a PDF File, or you may chose the Printed Certificate that will be delivered directly to you via Postal Services. At this point you will also have the option to chose a compilation video displaying beautiful shots from the church itself along with the actual candle burning in the name of the deceased. (Prayer card placed next to the lit candle)
  3. Once your application is received, a representative will be instructed to light a candle blessing the name of the deceased and placing the prayer card next to the candle.
  4. After the candle has been lit, we will send you the official certificate, (via Email or Post) stating the date that the candle was lit, along with all of the details provided about your dedicatee.

Our customer satisfaction is of the greatest importance to our organization and we promise to deliver an accurate and honorable service. If, for any reason, you will not be satisfied, you will receive your money back, guaranteed, with our “no questions asked” policy.
