Mervin Pregulman, Dale Hey, Dinah Sheridan, Christopher Stamp & Larry Hagman have passed away. May their souls rest in peace

Mervin Pregulman: October 10th 1922 – November 29th 2012
Mervin Pregulman, a former NFL football player has passed away aged 90. Born in Lansing, Michigan he went on to attend the Michigan University after being captain of the all-state team. His football career was interrupted by his service in the Second World War, after which he played for the Green bay Packers, New York Bulldogs and Detroit Lions. After retirement from football, Pregulman dedicated his life to business and philanthropy, in 2004 receiving the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford Award. He is survived by his wife, four children, ten grandchildren and a sister.

Dale Hey: June 16th 1945 - November 29th 2012
Iconic tag-team wrestler, Dale Hey, or as he was called in the ring, Buddy Roberts, has passed away this week. He was 67. Born in Vancouver, Hey's wrestling career began aged 20, in 1970 he changed his ring name and had established himself in the tag-team ironically named Hollywood Blondes with fellow wrestler Jerry Brown. Together, they became a highly decorated pair, before Hey joined a wrestling threesome named the Fabulous Freebirds. His retirement came in 1990 and though he had already beaten cancer, it was a battle he ultimately lost. In his later years he became outspoken about his anti-smoking beliefs, having suffered first-hand experience of the consequences.

Dinah Sheridan: September 17th 1920 – November 25th 2012
British actress Dinah Sheridan passed away this week aged 92. Born in London she would attend the legendary Italia Conti Stage School and made her professional theatrical debut aged only 11, four years late securing the role as Wendy in "Peter Pan." Sheridan's movies include "Don't Wait Up," "Genevieve" and "The Railway Children," in a career that covered an incredible 7 decades. She volunteered to serve as an ambulance driver during World War Two. Sheridan is survived her son and daughter.

Christopher Stamp: July 7th 1942 – November 24th 2012
Former music mogul turned therapist, Christopher Stamp, has passed away this week. He was 70. Born in the East End of London, Stamp's interest in music blossomed at an early age and by the 1960' and through to the 70's he had a hand in both managing and producing two of the biggest acts of all time, The Who and Jimi Hendrix. He was also the co-founder of a record label that has since shut its doors. Later in his life, Stamp trained as a therapist and addiction councillor, working from out of New York. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and two sons-in-law, numerous grandchildren and his brother.

Larry Hagman: September 21st 1931 – November 23rd 2012
American television legend, Larry Hagman has passed away at the age of 81. He had numerous acting roles, both in film and on the small screen, but it is his role as heartless oil magnate JR Ewing in the hit TV show "Dallas" for which he will be most fondly remembered. Hagman was born in Texas' Fort Worth to a mother involved in the movie industry, though he was mostly raised by his grandmother. Hagman left school intent on following a path in acting, much to the scorn of his father, securing early roles treading the boards and also spending 5 years in the military, during which time he was involved in the Korean War. Hagman is survived by his wife, son and daughter.
